NO foods that make your milk taste funny. NO acidic fruit and veg, including broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, citrus fruits including tomato (I do eat tomato as it didn’t bother Bowie but be cautious when initially trying it) Colic is tough on baby and on parents so while this may not be the colic cure for every baby, it was for mine and I wanted to share in hopes of sparing other new parents and newborns the same struggle we had!
